Transactions

The "Transactions" menu on your KKiaPay dashboard provides you with a detailed and chronological list of your various transactions. Ranked from the most recent to the oldest, the following data is available for each transaction:

• The type of transaction ;

• The status of the transaction ;

• The source of the transaction ;

• The transaction reference ;

• The amount of the transaction ;

• The transaction fees ;

• The phone number of the initiator of the transaction ;

• The date of the transaction.

The status of a transaction is a variable that can have the following values :

• Success: the transaction was completed without any problems;

• Failure: the transaction operation could not be successfully completed;

• Pending: the transaction operation is currently being processed.

It is also possible in this menu to refund a transaction if it is a success. To do this, simply select the transaction and click on the "Refund" button. Note that the list of your transactions can be downloaded in CSV format (Excel file).
