Payment Methods

Find out about the payment methods related to KKiaPay !

All customer transactions are carried out using the payment method chosen by the customer. The payment methods currently offered by KKiaPay are:

• Mobile money (MTN Mobile Money and Moov Money) ;

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard).

Mobile money: MTN Mobile Money and Moov Money

In order to make a payment via mobile money, the customer must have a valid MTN Mobile Money or Moov Money account and provide his full name and telephone number. He will then receive a message from his mobile phone operator informing him of the debit transaction to which his account is then subject. If he has the required amount and chooses to approve the transaction, his account is debited and the merchant's KKiaPay account is credited.

Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)

In order to make an online purchase using his credit card, the customer must provide the following information:

• His full name;

• The credit card number (16 digits);

• The expiry date of the credit card (MM / YY);

• The credit card security code (03 digits).

The bank where the customer has subscribed his credit card then debits his account (when he has the required amount on his account) and informs him by sending him a notification by email or SMS. KKiaPay is then informed of this debit transaction and notifies the customer of the success of its transaction and credits your KKiaPay account with the said amount.

Please note that the currency used to make payments must be CFA (FCFA).
