How does it work ?
Start by entering the amount to be debited to your customer, his Mobile Money number and optionally his first and last names as well as the reason for the transaction to be initialized. Click on the "Cash Out" button in order to send the payment request to your customer.
The customer will receive a USSD that he will have to confirm in order to authorize the payment.
Once the payment is authorized, you will receive a notification of success.
At this time, you can decide to :
View payment details: They help you to keep an eye on the various statistics related to your transaction (the first and last names of your customer, the amount paid, the reference of the transaction as well as its origin).
Send a receipt to your customer : Whether it’s using WhatsApp, SMS or your email, send your customers a receipt of his transaction.
