Create my KKiaPay account from my phone number

In order to initiate the process of creating your KKiaPay account, enter the phone number you wish to link to your KKiaPay account and choose the KKiaPay offer that best suits the experience you wish to offer your customers. Would you like to benefit from KKiaPay's Standard or Professional offer ?

Once the answer to this question has been entered in the "Select an offer" field, click on the "Validate" button to continue. You will then receive a six (06) digit verification code on the phone number provided. Fill it in in the fields provided and click on the "Verify" button to continue.

If you have not received a verification code, click on the "Resend Code" link to request a new verification code.

If you have made it this far, first of all : CONGRATULATIONS ! You have only one step left to start collecting your payments.

In the information form that appears after verification of the code, enter :

• Your first and last names

• Your email address

• The name of your company

Continue by choosing your password. Your password must contain :

• An uppercase letter

• 8 characters minimum

• One number

• A special character (#?*+/)

Click on the "Next" button to request the creation of your KKiaPay account.

Read and accept the various general conditions of use of KKiaPay and click on the "Next" button to confirm your account creation request and actually create your KKiaPay account.

You can then connect and receive payments made by Mobile Money (all operators combined) and by Credit Cards (local and international).

Create my KKiaPay account from my email address

In order to initiate the process of creating your KKiaPay account, fill in the e-mail address you wish to link to your KKiaPay account and choose the KKiaPay offer that corresponds to your needs.

Click on the "Validate" button to continue.

A verification link will be sent to the email address you entered. Click on this link to continue your registration on KKiaPay and confirm that the previously submitted e-mail address is indeed active.

If you have not received your verification e-mail, please check your spam mails as a first reflex. If this does not prove to be conclusive, you can ask for it to be resent by clicking on "Resend it".

When you click on the verification link, you will be redirected to the form to submit the various information to your relative persons and companies. In this form, please fill in the following information :

• Your first and last names

• Your email address

• The name of your company

• Your Password

The latter must contain :
